Yakka, in my opinion all you need is the letter RM sent to SIG refusing to pay the Business License fee. CEO must act in the best interest of the company and shareholders. If he Paid AVQ would be shipping today from 3 projects or maybe four. This is the problem with CEOs , they pay themselves $50,000 - $100,000 in cash plus performance shares per month but nothing towards projects and shareholders.
