This is a very worthwhile casue. Personally I don't believe we will succeed, but putting the scare into them is enough for me.

Time will tell. Did JP buy $20k at an inflated price to give us hope? or to trick us? or he really believes? or he needs the additional shares to vote?

If things get really messy and look like going against them, I would do the defensive play and convert a con note into friendly hands. It would dilute us further but may secure them the votes they require.
