So looks like you cant lose with this one:
(a) Pnomeeting gets shareholder rep -mismanagement is fixed and revenue comes pouring in.
(b) Sophs get shares - good announcement - price rises.
(c) Even better announcement CPS get their options in the money - double your money.
Alternatively Thermalife is just another tube of cream like the Pharmacist on here a week or two ago commented. Nothing special - touted on TT or ACA and then never heard of again. Dont forget Thermalife is a CAM - very little evidence - and the original very small trial (results reported in the patent application) luke warm - high rates of spontaneous remission in control group - never fixed tennis elbow which was the hope - and the study never published.
An elastic band can only be stretched so many times on capital raisings and scamming retail investors. This one has had a pretty good run. Worth a punt - one last roll of the dice - if I was free carried for sure. But it does bear an uncanny resemblance at this stage to the long list of JP things that just fall over.
A decade (or two) with more companies and hair brained ventures than you can poke a stick at. Then again theres never been such organised shareholder resistance brought together through internet forums such as HC - so who knows maybe this time. Nearly worth the price of a mil of Pno just to be part of.
