We are currently in negotiations with a senior pharmaceutical person, who has board experience, to be our nominated representative.


the company has already issued the first tranche of shares 100 million to the sophs, and they can ALSO participate in the new entitlement offer (double dip), and also increase votes on the companies side, but we as a group can band together to get representation for us all.

Shareholders need to work out who the company is working for and join pnomeeting group to enable changes.

Interestingly CPS has DOUBLED its underwriting committment, after shareholders have been beaten to a pulp, so more will go to them at a cheaper price if current shareholders do not take the offer up.

An to think the company had the opportunity to capitilize on the options in June , that would have given nearly 3 times the cash, and the current board let it slip thru their fingers.

Nothing has changed with what the company has, or is doing from June till now yet the price has now gone down 65%, why??? it appears manipulation in the highest order by the looks of it, but for who's gain
