Day traders and short termers didn't get the T/O that they were after but it could still be on the way or something of a similar nature. Today's news was very positive and the stock will bounce back nicely in the coming days. Great buying opportunities at these levels.

TZL: TZ Ltd advised discussions are under way between TZ and its key commercial partner Textron Fastening Systems (TFS) to agree on a new Partnership Agreement defining the terms of broadened on going global exclusivity and to determine the appropriate commercial relationship that will more strategically align the two parties.
This more extensive agreement would ensure long term development of the technology across multiple industrial sectors. It remains subject to further negotiations and corporate approvals by both parties.
TZL has agreed to an extension of the existing Technology Partnership Agreement (option to renew was subject to payment of $US5 million by August 15) with TFS while the parties have concluded discussions on the potential exercise of TFS' option rights or other potential investments in TZ.
TZL expects to advise the shareholders of the outcome of these discussions in the coming weeks.
