you have no idea what you are talking about mate. Simply looking at the dates and initial IP registration you will quickly realise it has nothing to do with PNV company in the first place. If you go back and look at AOD 9604, it was developed by Monash University and sold to Metabolic. Have some understanding of how medical research works, it usually borne out from universities ( usually by aspiring PhD students working with their professor) and then taken further by within universities and govt funded research org (such as CSIRO) before it is JV or sold to listed and unlisted companies who provide the capital to commercialise the research into products.
