No doubt the company has made some changes to BTM and later MTX so it can file for new patents, but as I have pointed out before patent on the core Polymer will expire in 2028, (happy to be wrong) thus large pharmaceuticals can make their version of BTM as long as it does not infringe on new patents of improved BTM MTX. Just a thought on a possible reason why no takeover offers have been made and no large pharmaceuticals have built a strategic stake. Always have an eye out on the rear vision mirror so one does not go blindly and make bad investment decisions.
