Obviously it's speculative, that's why it's not valued at $10bn+ like a blue chip. No one is saying this is currently a CSL, hence the need to get growth so that in a few years we have a shot at moving from speculative to blue chip. Without growth, we would just be another one of those sub $100m market cap companies which generate profit but no one wants to invest in because there's no growth potential
