Nothing wrong with being speculative, but yes it is still speculative (hence why we don't get sales guidance etc). Future revenue, earnings etc are all speculative as these are still early days. As you say, "possibility" of becoming global standard of care (which is still speculative)
Again though, this is speculative in a good way. Prices are discounted significantly due to the risk and difficulty of forecasting, enabling opportunities to buy very cheap before it becomes less speculative. Once revenue growth and earnings are stable, that's when it becomes less speculative and the price will rerate accordingly as more conservative funds begin to load up.
