No one knows what the price will do, but you can be assured that if you continue to wait forever you'll never have a chance at making a profit. If you want to wait for the price to go back up before buying that's your prerogative, but those who did that during the previous uptrend are likely the ones sitting on a loss today. Buying when there is fear is a tried and tested strategy, and the present moment seems quite a fitting moment to put that into practice
