    Sure you can invest in CSL and other established companies but you will get the relevant return for your risk. They are low risk and as such low reward. CSL has declined in value since 2020. its major growth camee from 2012-2020 where it 10x. The chances of CSL doubling in value from now in the next 3 years is increeedibly low, the chances of PNV tripling in value from today is way higher.

    Your comparing 2 very different investments. They may be in the same sector but thats all. CSL pays a dividend because

    People holding this stock arent hoping for a 50% profit, they want 500%.

    You said if everything goes well why does the share price goes down. Because the market isnt efficient its only semi efficient. Thats why companies value increases or decreases when they make announcements. There are plenty of companies with solid products that have share prices that fluctuate. Random example look at woolworths, the stock dropped from$31 to $17 in 2 years during a bullish period for stocks. there earnings dropped slightly and somehow their valuation halved. a total overreaction from the market, but there were both buyers and sellers in that period
