I’d take $5 now - there’s a smick house in Palm Cove I have my eyes on and I could pay cash for it with that kind of money.
I’m 63 on Saturday and would love to stick a gag in the mouth of my next whinging moaning patient and walk out the door.
If I was 50 I’d just wait a few years and sell for $10 and buy the place next door too
