Glad you posted this. When i read the original O&M advice I instinctively second guessed a short play campaign.
I couldn't find the service in their platform straight away but I did find a health service that they were pointing traffic to. Hey, get off this and go to that.
Anyway great rebuttal and locator for the stimulus to undervalue the pnv price.
With the value of funds they have influence over they can definitely move the needle temporarily.
