Honestly, i reckon it has nothing to do with company being in profit or not. That same exact story is playing out last time we were in the ASX200. Short it until it drops out. Let it get back in and then short it again. It worked last time so why not again.
The price action of the company is so far removed from the fundamentals. The only thing which i think is hurting the company right now is lack of monthly announcement indicating that the next million dollar milestone has been hit. I know that they dont have to do it but everytime it this milestone has happened that have released an update. This ad hoc reporting just gives more fuel to the shorts when there is a lack of news eachh month
