Swami is newish so it's too early to see if he makes an impact. But so far it seems the chairman wanted a yes man and he has one. It been obvious for quite some time that the chairman is the one running the show rather than the CEO. Worth noting there was an almost invisible 1 year interim CEO before Swami
Although it apparently wasn't the original intent for him to be us based, a US CEO probably works out as the majority of revenue is coming out of the US.
nonetheless a board and strategy refesh is what's sorely needed to get this thing back on the right track. As many have alluded to above, in the meantime this thing doesn't look like it's going anywhere and it's all wait and hope for 2024/25
