US has been declared profitable but never declared how much so no one knows exactly how profitable and scalable the business actually is. And the "profit" is being more than consumed elsewhere hides it even more. there'd be a lot more proper investor support if mgmt was more transparent about the success
1m to 100m revenue is not bad but that's mostly built upon the efforts of those before and they haven't actually hit $100m/pa yet. hiring sales staff is easy. growing without increasing losses or embedding high fixed cost is hard.
there are those with generous view of management but if you look at pre-covid statements and what's actually happened - might it's a little hard to say they have actually performed that well.
One could say covid had an impact but one could also say a long term CEO suddenly leaving and having an interim CEO for a year might also have something to do with it. there have been boards that have had to fall on sword for not managing orderly succession
