Ok Loopy while I agree with you, to a degree, in regard to the ad hoc reporting can you please enlighten me re "management actively trading the stock is a giant red flag"? I can only see insiders selling approx 7% of their holdings in the past 12 months. That's hardly a "red flag" so I must have missed plenty of sales. Can you give me a list of their sales? Thanks in advance (assuming you actually respond for a change lol).
