Ignoring the blatant bias from the trolls, most posters declare their Sentiment as Hold. I do also.
I think this needs looking at closer.
The dilemma is in response to the question, is one looking at today or the future.
Whilst PNV is in a downward trend, maybe stalling, then for me it is a hold.
However, in the longer term for me it is a strong buy.
I guess most genuine people look at the immediate term Sentiment?
