Any actual sales people here ? Anyone exposed to sales operations for product across a large number of customers? Anyone tried to dislodge the encumbant product with your own ?

Anyone seen new sales people make money straight up ? (Forget real estate and cars and people moving between agencies)

Anyone heard that unemployment rate is low? Anyone tried to entice set sales people from other companies?

Uprooting medical professionals to take this around to sell and the work to recruit would be very labour intensive.

And then - once recruited, on boarded, educated and then developed with existing sales to embed them into new customer bases.

This phase is PNV breathing in. Management would acknowledge that new starts and training impacts their sales force's efficiency as there is none else to do it. The chairman already stated its 6 months from a new start person being revenue generating.

He also stated, you have to be in front of the customer to sell. There will be KOL's that make that work easier but the competition is out there working hard to ensure beachhead in their turf are hard to get.

You want to see ruthlessness in sales organisations then travel or study USA sales strategy and tactics. As an Aussie it can be confronting and when it's a big organisation that you are up against they will sales people AND specialist negotiators to help their cause.

It's eye opening stuff, territory management PAR'S and CRM set ups is what is getting worked over right now.

Sales team growth will slow as a % and subsequent backoffice head count will stabilise too, this will take time.

I can wait for this to unfold very easily as management is sticking to its course, the disruptive technology that they are selling and the shear weight of positive testimonials coupled to increased availability of product, almost shouts at me at the very least, that the future of this company is very much assured.

Large profit will come. Costs will fall. Sales effectiveness and efficiency will increase. Long termers will reap either sp appreciation and or dividends.

This share price weakness is a godsend for Jonny come latelies like me.

I won't care that naysayers can't see it - I am looking our for me and I think I understand what this crew is about and up against. It's gonna be tough yakka for while yet though- but this stuff is the way forwards.

It is the Tesla, apple of dermal substitutes. It's gonna make its own folklore.
