They are not that cheap. $1.45 is a 1b market cap. let's say they earn $100m revenue and let's say $10m bottom line Npat FY24 as an example, that's a PE of 100 in an environment we're cash, offset accounts are at 6%+ risk free. I get it that buying stocks is about future earnings and if poly keeps growing that revenue consitently a $1.45 I believe is a great deal if your willing to give 5+ years to grow into a multi billion dollar market cap.
