Good point BPAA, people need to check their brokers, my first experience with brokers was fpmarkets, wasn't until I wanted to get on SPP with PNV at 18cents (a couple of years ago), I was politely told I couldn't participate as I don't actually own the shares. Quickly closed accounts and moved over to commsec - lazy maybe as investing is all about research, but since averaging down then down I've averaged up and happy with holding.
