I look through the employees pages for Polynovo from time to time and came across Dr Ryan Creek someone I think Polynovo has been lucky to find.

"In 2018, I decided to take my first leap out of the comfort zone of patient care and joined a biotech startup. I later became a Clinical Science Director, leading efforts to champion and support our technology in numerous ways while managing a team of RNs. After experiencing a lay-off, I went to work for a PA colleague who started an extremely successful medical cannabis system of clinics. He left his job at the hospital and now employs many people, performing a valuable service for the community. Currently I am employed at a growing med device company. As part of their marketing department, I develop and execute many of their education/training initiatives. I maintain an active national certification and state license, and keep up on my CMEs and testing requirements. I don't ever want to lose that which I worked for many years (and went into considerable student loan debt) to obtain - I'm simply adding to it by challenging myself to grow my business/leadership acumen in a new role."
