I was reading a quarterly report from a top performing small cap investment fund the other day. They noted that they believe a symptom of the current market phase we are in is that many quality growing companies are being priced akin to declining/challenged businesses. They're seeing this across the board in many stocks, but especially healthcare. They believe this will pass soon enough (as is the case for all market phases) but in the meantime, there are some very compelling buying opportunities out there to get quality stocks at incredibly low valuations. I think the main point is that what we are seeing here is happening for many other similar companies. PNV isn't isolated, and so clearly as market sentiment improves/shifts we will once again be properly valued. I don't think we need a catalyst, I think we just need to get through this current phase the market is going through. Patience will win.
