Some with a short term horizon may be interested in a takeover but holders in for the long term (I suspect many of us) are possibly aware that in an early Dec 2021 video DW said that PNV had the potential to become a $10B market cap company in a short period of time. At that time PNV's market cap was $1.185B (mainly based on US sales) which translated to a future share price of > $15. That was before the recent $50M capital raise to accelerate global growth. So it seems probable that in years to come, the share price could be multiples of $15. That's why I hope the PNV board would fight a takeover offer. I hope this helps.
