Yes in retail market but do you think that the company X would even try and waste their money and resources just to try? I don't think it works that way because it will show on their resume "attempted opportunistic bid and failed.." which is not good for anyone. PNV could have been the target 4 or 5 years ago, and could become the target in next 5 years. For now just smooth sailing and great growth.
