No, you misunderstand, I didn't. The fact is that companies can get ridiculous offers and they will not bother their shareholders with them, they just bin them. Here, I'll do one now.... I offer a thousand dollars for the entirety of PNV. Do you think PNV will announce that to the market? hahahaha, no!
SHOULD a serious offer come along worthy of some consideration, then 'a company' would let shareholders know. Therefore as we have not been informed, there has been no serious offer worthy of discussion and hence we have not been informed of one.
IMO, Hold onto your shares and stop this wild speculation of takeover offers. They are only in the dreams of one person so far.
