In my experience you would be wrong, absolutely wrong. We would be informed only if there ever was a credible offer worthy of consideration by the board and then by the shareholders if deemed credible. There has been no such offer and I expect there will be no such offer. We are doing fabulously well and need nothing to keep expanding on our own..... IMO.
