Listened to it since.
The timing is ambitious. I have inferred they are tendering the job and that tender process presumably hasn't started since they don't have a design (concept only at this point). It's good that they mentioned (so have an understanding of) long lead items but all in all I can't see them hitting either the commencement or completion dates. As long as there is no consequential supply constraint it's not a practical problem, but may be frustrating for shareholders.
