As I'm someone who has a significant investment in PNV, investment wise probably too much in cash/term deposits and a muti million dollar investment property you need to bare in mind, if you must compare to bank interest returns, the annual tax applicable on interest to get the actual return. Thus, I imagine, it will be far short of the 28% you have quoted. Not to mention you wouldn't have got 4-5% 4 years ago. In regard to property yes that return has been exception of the past few years.
