Regarding TO: Historically May 23 (2019) - Australian lithium miner Kidman Resources Ltd agreed to be acquired by retail conglomerate Wesfarmers Ltd for A$776 million ($534 million). This was a fraction of the all time high SP leaving a lot of LTHs dismayed IMHO. Not saying it will happen here but do not overestimate the power we have as holders in such a situation. Other factors obviously come into play and we are not privy to any back door deals that could be negotiated.
