With all due respect, if PNV declared a dividend I believe it would disappoint investors. Companies in the growth phase are better off investing their profits. With so many great opportunities, their ROI far outweighs the benefit of paying a modest dividend. I do not recall the exact date that DW made this comment, but believe it was more recent then a couple of years ago & consistent with all his other statements.
