There are so many elements that could help developed faster if some additional funds were free. I think the Co is wise to reinvest as much as possible in growth though. For one thing we won't be paying tax, and the second is that the faster we can grow, the quicker we get past minnow stage and avoid the threat of cheapskate hostile takeover.
We have only scratched the surface of applications for the product and as surgeons and clinical users drive the development direction with unmet needs we will be able to expand verticals and dominate the field.
