External manufacturing, this is the first time I've seen this. Is this commonly known or is it something new?
It is surprising to some extent as the build, installation & commissioning of the German equipment, testing.... takes a long time. Perhaps the external "facility" is the company who supplies the machinery???? Can anyone elaborate?
The ability to quickly scale, particularly with new devices down the track, would be important. The management of product manufacturing risks is also a very important aspect, hence the current long lead time for our plant upgrades.
