I guarantee that Novosorb could be usefully used in many many more cases in the US, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada and Europe but isn't because the surgeons are not aware of it, have never used it, don't know what it is or have no access to it. I see cases every week that could benefit but instead get amputations. Just getting started.
