I read this morning that Europe is preparing plans for mass casualties following a major confrontation with Russia within the next decade.
Given the instability and the ferocious nature of current conflicts, it wouldn't surprise me to see massive stock piling of BTM by these countries.
We live in a sad world but as they say, business is business.
