Sometimes what appears to be a director is selling is that he is selling to himself at the same price.

Reasons why people do this transfer is that if the shares are held in a super scheme say could be the reason why he wants them in his own name and there are limited windows for him to be able to do this?

One reason why he would want them out of super is that if the labor party gets its way a person with over 3 million in unrealized capital gains above that, will be taxed and at a greater rate as well? and bugger al discount for capital losses going forward, pretty poor if you ask my opinion, they get paid one way but wont allow for losses going forward.
