The chart below indicates how many short positions have opened to push the share price back down to the price 4 months ago.
Those will all have to be bought back at some point. My plan is to wait until the price rises quickly with good news and the sell side drying up, then sell the trading parcels I have bought from them on the way down for more. The more holders who buy low now and hold off selling until the shorts peak and start to drop, the bigger the Squeeze. I feel confident PNV has the performance numbers coming in the next 6-12 months to give them a good fright. This is the critical time to hold/buy IMHO
Notice in October how the sudden drop coincided with the high just above $2.50? Also notice the same correlation in late October. That was with smaller short position changes as well. The short thesis on PNV is riskier than some IMHO and it makes for nervous trigger fingers. The recent history in the chart shows me that the accumulators have taken a lot of the seller depth out during the drop and when it comes to closing out the sellers may evaporate quicker than expected.
