Well Polynovo isn't making huge losses, it actually makes a small profit. Management simply reinvest the potential profits in expanding the business and hiring a bigger sales force. At the time of their choosing they can stop hiring more sales people and declare a huge profit. If you want to know how big that profit would be simply subtract last years revenues from the current year... They don't have debt and they spend only what they earn on growth. While they are growing at 30-50%pa why would you put the money in the bank instead of growing the company and grabbing market share? Any criticism of the strategy is nuts.

That small profit was due to previous CEO and he is no longer with PNV so make sure this Sunday pray to God that he doesn't join Avita
