I am happy with DW increasing sales force like 16 more in the USA. Surgeons are clever and our product is excellent. Surgeons have been using gauze packs for years and MTX is like a square gauze so what I am saying the learning curve is short. You just got to get the guys to use it and teach them where to use it. A surgeon will have 4 trainee registrars per year so these will follow the leader. I have a few shares in EYE for their glaucoma tech. It’s totally different as eye surgery is very technical and the reps need to be of a very quality. PNVs reps could be wound nurses who double their salary when they join PNV .DW says that a rep generates $1m after 12 months. The rep goes on to a new bunch of surgeons then but the old one still use BTM or MTX. They will have 85 reps in the USA. They could generate $85m new business in the next 12 months and $170m in two years. The word exponential comes to mind.
