PNV - Banter and General Comments, page-13778

Hi Bill, I've never owned it but followed it for a long time. I used to own AVH many years ago but decided PNV had the better product (and better management - AVH's cash burn through the years has been truly horrific, most recently highlighted here: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/78978129/single). As I stated a while back, I'm an admirer of Novosorb but the company has had a pretty volatile life on the ASX over the past few years and sales have always felt quite lumpy. I was pretty close to buying after the big recent selloff but then the management news hit and I decided to remain on the sidelines until there's more clarity on the path forward. I can't pretend to know what the share price will do but my working assumption is that Swami's rapid departure will likely have some sort of operational impact on the business as he seemed to be very well-regarded in the business (except by a certain board member). The five-year PNV chart suggests that sitting on the sidelines during periods of uncertainty is a sensible approach, so that's what I'm doing for now. I will be happy to change that position if the company shows some growth in their earnings, and if that means buying at a higher share price than today, but with lower risk, I'm fine with that. That's my honest take. Cheers
