It was fairly obvious there were going to be issues with Swami.
He never improved the growth trajectory during his term. It consistently followed Kick's model.
He never even got the SP above $3 during his term. His go slow to go fast wasn't delivering.
It became obvious he had zero chance of hitting his LTIs and without that unlikely he was going to stick around (either because it wasn't worth it financially to him or due to SP performance).
I hope the next CEO they give maybe 5x more LTI so he actually is very motivated to hussle and not cruise with a comfy WFH job.
