Agree here. Only anecdotal but I do like to kick the tyres so to speak, and the surgeons I've heard from are in awe of BTM.
Easier to use, better patient outcomes. The main thing they raise is its resistance to infection. I guess not having their patient get infected, having complications etc makes them look good. I imagine they get blamed a lot for stuff that just happens when biologics like Integra's stuff turns into a buffet for bacteria.
