Commsec have problems with everything, techs would struggle to take an update on there Iphones!!!!!! customer service has no idea what the product or platform is or what is critical to managing a portfolio.... Get out of their platform ASAP if you want reliability, im not a trader as such but i doubt any traders use them given the constant problems
