While the selling by Integra insiders this year is interesting, I think it should be considered within the context of past patterns.
Insiders look to have have sold approximately $9.5 million of stock to date this year.
Comparing this with the past 5 years, there was approximately $24.5 million insider selling of Integra stock in 2018, $15 million in 2017, $23 million in 2016, $13 million in 2015 and $24 million in 2014.
So, to date this year, there doesn’t appear to have been any significant change/increase in insider selling.
