Very unlikely that trump can win. Most votes left to count are postals from democratic strongholds where the count has been like 4-1 Biden.
Less likely is outright control of the senate by the dems. They will get a tie at best. What that means is another four years of gridlock. Republicans will block but propose no health policy ... so the net changes are not much which means little impact on PNV from a health policy perspective.
