Whenever you deal with the government one must always spill their guts if you want to play, in short of letting them know how many times you go to the toilet, but the tax man would be able to work it out. dealing with the govt sucks.
and yes the deeming rate did come down, I'm not quit there yet but a few friends that are, have said that it's been a good move by govt/taxman
