Sorry Westy, been away fishing, I do believe there was a small mention about it, and in one of their timeline tables it was also mentioned I believe, Hottod is on to it, she seems to be across what is happening, maybe they may address it from a different angle, I hope in future though if they ever decided to let our IP be used to advance any application outside of PNV then they will do a more professional job in tying up any loose ends, ie. a use or lose date etc.

I remember a few year ago discussing this, it appeared to me as if S and N were trying to do some sort of reverse engineering so that the technology became theirs, I don't believe they have succeeded in that yet, so if the US DARPA agreement see's some value then they may come to the party, this is typical behavior for the US, they tie up IP and then try to starve a company of funds by sitting on it, I doubt they can do that now though, because we are on our way with different platforms, thank god.
