Full thickness skin harvest required, specimen sent to the company who emulsify it and turn it into a paste in a syringe and send it back by courier. Then it gets spread on the wound and hopefully helps full thickness skin to regenerate with all the dermal components. So a bit like Recell 2.0.
Contraindicated in the presence of infection and probably not going to be practical in presence of acute major injury or serious burns. But definitely a competitor for chronic wounds and ulcers.
