This has been discussed before, but Integra seem to be getting more desperate and are pushing this product guarantee hard.
i.e. If the integra dermal matrix fails , they will replace the product.
That's how bad it is for integra. The problems with integration failing and infections causing complete failure are so common they need to basically need to underwrite the risk.
Unfortunately I can't find the terms and conditions and I would not be surprised if the guarantee is only for integration - i.e. if it integrates but then needs to be abandoned due to infection, I suspect the guarantee would not be in effect.
Happy for anyone with more info on this to confirm or correct this view.
