@Rah168 and @kissmyshares the only thing I can offer you is the fact. PNV is good company, great product, good management and it will grow. Imagine you bought the residential investment property in WA at the top of the market just before correction and you are holding. Property still has the same address, same tenant and it fits all your research and reasons why you bought it in the first place. Now if you bought said property because realestate agent told you that you will be making 50% return because the area is going to be rezoned and that didn't happen, well that is a different story, but I guess you would still be holding given the address is still same and the rest. Just my humble thoughts
